When to pursue Company Secretary (Cs) Course?

After 10+2

You can enroll for the CSEET program after completing your 10+2 education.

After Graduation

Many students choose to pursue the CS Course after completing their graduation. Whether you have a Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Arts, Science, or any other field, you can join the CS Executive program directly.

1^st LEVEL :CSEET

The CS Executive Entrance Exam (CSEET) is the required entrance exam for enrollment in the Company Secretary Executive programme.

The exam will consist of the following 4 parts as mentioned below:
1. Business Communication
2. Legal Aptitude & Logical Reasoning
3. Economic and Business Environment
4. Current Affairs and Quantitative Aptitude

2^nd LEVEL : CS EXECUTIVE

The course covers a variety of topics, primarily those related to basic concepts of law. This covers Company Law,General Legal Principles, Tax Law, Accounting ,Economics and Commercial Laws, Financial and Strategic Management and Securities Law. The Company Secretary Executive course entails two modules with a total of 7 papers.

3^rd LEVEL: CS PROFESSIONAL

The course covers a variety of topics, primarily those related to law. This covers Corporate Law, General Legal Principles, Tax Law, Drafting and Auditing Procedures, Insolvency Law, Due Diligence and Securities Law. The Company Secretary Professional course entails two modules with a total of 7 papers.
